◆ Zyan CRM

The CRM Built for Agencies: Leads, Prospecting, Pipeline.

Lead Manager scores every lead from Meta forms, website forms, SMS, DMs and visitor ID and gives it an owner inside a minute. Prospecting builds lists with AI research. Pipeline and Automations move deals to a signed client portal — all worked from one Messages inbox.

Lead Manager

Every Channel In. One Lead Record Out.

Instagram and Facebook DMs, Meta lead forms, website forms, texts to your lines, business-card scans — and, with the add-on, the visitors who never filled a form. Every capture writes to the same lead timeline with a score, an owner and an SLA.

scored and routed

Each lead arrives with a score, an owner and a first-touch SLA. Routing rules read the source, the form fields and the reply state before choosing who gets it.

visitor-id add-on

The Visitor ID add-on resolves anonymous website sessions into a lead feed you triage — keep, watch or discard — before anyone spends time on them.

one timeline

Ad clicks, DMs, form fills, texts, calls and notes land on one record — one conversation to read, one record to convert into a client portal.

◆ Prospecting

Lists That Build Themselves, Briefs That Fit a Call.

Point a prospecting mission at a city and a niche. It researches local businesses from maps and the open web, enriches them with your Apollo or People Data Labs keys, scores them on the signals an agency sells against, and writes a brief for the first call.

  • Missions run on their own and report back with verified contacts
  • Promote a prospect to the Lead Manager in one click, brief attached
  • Hand off to a cold-email sequence, an SMS campaign or a voice agent
  • Your provider keys stay in the workspace vault — never a shared pool

◆ Pipeline

Deals on a Board. Commission on a Forecast.

The Sales workspace keeps every deal on a kanban and in a grid, with stage history, the handler, and the commission it will pay when it closes — so the pipeline and the payroll read from the same numbers.

StagesDrag a deal, and the stage change can trigger an automation.
Team reportFirst-touch time, SLA hits and win rate per handler.
WonA won deal becomes a client portal, billing and onboarding included.
◆ Automations

Workflows That Publish Like Releases.

Build a workflow on a canvas or as a linear sequence, start from one of twelve templates, and publish it. Published graphs are immutable — edits become the next version, never a mutation of the one already running.

  • 12 triggers: lead created, form submission, email engagement, booking status changed, deal stage changed and more
  • 16 steps — conditions, waits, emails, texts, calls, routing, enrolments, notes
  • Templates for no-show recovery, hot website leads, reply hand-offs and more
  • Every outside step runs through a transport you connected and approved
◆ Messages

One Inbox for Every Thread.

Team threads, Slack, client portal threads, SMS lines, Instagram and Facebook DMs, WhatsApp and Telegram — worked from one hub, each thread one click from the lead or client it belongs to.

LinesConnect OpenPhone or Telnyx numbers; texts land next to the lead record.
Social DMsInstagram, Facebook and WhatsApp conversations arrive with the account attached.
ClientsPortal messages and team threads sit in the same hub, with attachments and reactions.

◆ Questions

The CRM, Honestly.

Is the CRM included, or an add-on?
Included. Lead Manager, Pipeline, Automations and the Messages hub are in every workspace from day one. Prospecting research and enrichment run on your own provider keys (Apollo, People Data Labs) from Settings → Connections, and Visitor ID is a separate add-on.
Where do leads come from?
Meta lead forms, website forms (a public capture endpoint you can drop on any site), SMS to your connected lines, Instagram and Facebook DMs, business-card scans from the iPhone app, prospecting missions you promote, and — with the add-on — identified website visitors. Every source writes to the same lead timeline.
Does the AI send anything on its own?
No. Automations run the steps you publish, and any step that reaches outside the workspace — an email, a text, a call, a sequence enrolment — runs only through the transports you connected and the approval settings you chose. Published automations are immutable; edits become the next version.
How is this different from the Growth page?
Growth is the Ad Manager: Google and Meta campaigns with a human approving every change. The CRM is where the leads those campaigns produce get scored, routed, worked and closed — and where the client portal is created when a deal is won.
