Nothing breaks — the workspace, portals, and git keep working. AI features pause at the spend cap you set, and a top-up pack or the next billing cycle resumes them. No surprise overage lands on your invoice unless you have chosen to auto-top-up.
Anyone who logs in and opens a workspace in a 30-day window. Read-only client reviewers on portals don’t count as seats — they’re unlimited on Agency and above.
Yes. You can park any seat for up to 90 days per year at 20% of the normal rate. Parked seats keep their workspace access and history but can’t run AI features.
Annual billing on Studio and Agency gets two months free (effectively 16.7% off). Enterprise plans are annual by default.
