Do unused AI credits roll over?
Included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Prepaid credit top-up packs (add-on) roll over for 60 days.
What happens when we run out of credits?
Nothing breaks — the workspace, portals, and git keep working. AI features pause when the included credits are used up, and a top-up pack or the next billing cycle resumes them. Nothing lands on your invoice unless you buy a pack; per-workspace spend caps are on the roadmap.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who logs in and opens a workspace in a 30-day window. Read-only client reviewers on portals don’t count as seats — they’re unlimited on Agency.
Can we pause billing between client projects?
Plans are month-to-month: cancel when a project ends and start again when the next one begins — your workspace and its history stay for you to come back to. Seat parking is not offered today.
Is there an annual discount?
Not today — every plan is month-to-month, cancel any time. Annual billing is on the roadmap; tell us at team@zyan.ai if it would change your decision.
How does founding-team pricing work?
Founding teams get 50% off their first 3 months of whichever tier matches their usage.
What about refunds?
If Zyan isn’t working for your team within your first 30 days on a paid plan, we refund the full first month — no forms, no friction. Reach out and we’ll issue it.
Do you offer pricing for education or non-profits?
Yes. Colleges, bootcamps, and design schools get 50% off educator seats, students are covered under an instructor’s cohort during a pilot, and registered non-profits get free seats. Drop us a line at team@zyan.ai.
