◆ Review

A person on the first touch, autonomy when you’re ready.

Pick how much review each sequence keeps, from every first email approved by hand to fully automatic. Whichever you choose, sends go out inside the mailbox’s limits.

  • A review policy per sequence

Hold every first email for approval, review the first few, hold only the prospects the agent flags, or let the sequence run.

Always review · Review first few · Review risky only · Fully automatic

  • Free-mail inboxes held back

With “Require business email for autonomous sends” on, a sequence that reviews the first few or only risky prospects still holds Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook inboxes for review.

  • Approval sends inside the caps

Approving marks a draft ready. It still goes out inside the mailbox’s daily cap and the sequence’s send window.

◆ Cold email

AI cold email sequences, drafted from one line.

Describe who you’re writing to and the angle. The AI drafts the first email and every follow-up from your agency profile, then personalizes each step for the prospect it goes to.

◆ Questions

Cold email questions

Does cold email send without review?
Not on a first touch. A sequence set to “Always review” holds every first email in the queue until a person approves it, and approving only marks the draft ready to send inside the mailbox’s daily cap and send window. Later steps send on their own inside the caps, and in the “Review first few” and “Review risky only” policies “Require business email for autonomous sends” keeps first touches to free-mail addresses behind review.
Whose mailbox and domain does it send from?
Yours. Sequences send from the Gmail mailboxes you connect under Outbound → Settings → Email, each with its own daily cap, send window and warmup ramp; Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect under Settings → Integrations and cover one-time campaigns and template-only sequences. Replies land in your inbox and thread onto the prospect.
Where does the list come from?
From the CRM. Prospecting finds businesses from a chat prompt and adds the ones you choose as leads; Outbound then sends to a list or audience you already have. Cold email sequences take prospects from an audience you build from your leads or import.
