How to Connect QuickBooks

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings, then the Integrations tab, and pick the QuickBooks card. Only the workspace owner or a member with the integrations permission sees the connect button.

    Authorize the account

    Sign in with the account that owns the data. Tokens are stored in your workspace vault, scoped to your tenant, and revocable from the same card at any time — there is no platform-wide key behind them.

    Choose the company file

    Pick the QuickBooks company to read from; access is read-only.

  4. 04

    Read the books in Bookkeeping

    Accounts, transactions, and budgets sync into Bookkeeping, where the AI budget planner works from the same numbers.
