Plans, Pricing, and Discount Codes

The pricing page now reads from the live plan catalogue instead of a hard-coded table, discount codes are managed from the dashboard, and the desktop app is included on every plan rather than gated to the larger ones.

• Pricing reflects plan edits within the hour, and falls back to the last known table if the fetch fails
• Create, scope and retire discount codes without hand-editing anything in Stripe
• Base now includes one custom domain for a client portal
