Builder and Desktop: Integration Permissions, Touch ID

Two new team permissions — Manage Integrations and Remove Integrations — let members handle Vercel, domains, DNS and Supabase, Shopify or Stripe attachments on projects they can edit. The desktop app unlocks Passwords with Touch ID and connects empty GitHub repositories.
