How to Connect Calendly

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Calendly tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Sign in with Calendly

    A one-click sign-in in Calendly's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

  3. 03

    Turn on booking imports

    Enable the source on the tile; new, rescheduled and cancelled bookings arrive through a signed webhook.

  4. 04

    See them everywhere

    Bookings appear in Meetings under External bookings and in client portals, and each one can start an automation.
