How to Connect Microsoft Teams

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Microsoft Teams tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Sign in with Microsoft

    A one-click sign-in in Microsoft's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

    Add the channel message step

    In an automation, pick the team and the standard channel; the message posts as the connected user.

  4. 04

    Pause when you need to

    Pause or resume notifications from the connection row; a paused connection stops the step until you resume it.
