How to Connect Gmail

Open Settings → Email
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings, then the Email tab, and pick the Gmail card. Only the workspace owner or a member with the integrations permission sees the connect button.

Authorize the mailbox
Each member connects their own Google account; tokens stay in the workspace vault.

Use it for sequences and the inbox
Outbound sequences send from the connected mailbox and the Gmail inbox syncs into Zyan.
