How to Connect Mailchimp

Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Mailchimp tile. The workspace owner, an admin, or a member with the automations permission sees Connect.

Sign in with Mailchimp
A one-click sign-in in Mailchimp's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

Pick the audience
The audience step lists your Mailchimp audiences; choose one and whether new members land subscribed or pending.

Start from a lead or form
The lead-created and form-submission starters add or update the member with the lead's email and name.
