How to Connect Google Calendar

Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings, then the Integrations tab, and pick the Google Calendar card. Only the workspace owner or a member with the integrations permission sees the connect button.

Authorize the account
Sign in with the account that owns the data. Tokens are stored in your workspace vault, scoped to your tenant, and revocable from the same card at any time — there is no platform-wide key behind them.

Pick the calendar
Choose which calendar receives bookings and team scheduling.

Client portals and voice agents book onto the real calendar; holds and reminders follow automatically.
