How to Connect Airtable

Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Airtable tile. The workspace owner, an admin, or a member with the automations permission sees Connect.

Sign in with Airtable
A one-click sign-in in Airtable's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

Pick the base and table
The record step lists the bases your connection can reach and the tables inside the one you choose; map the fields to write.

Start from any event
Lead, form and booking starters fill the record from the event.
