How to Connect Google Drive

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Google Drive tile. Every member connects their own Google account; nothing is shared workspace-wide.

    Sign in with Google

    Authorize your own Google account with read-only Drive access; the grant is yours alone and revocable from the same tile.

  3. 03

    Import from Files

    In Files or the Content Center, import from Google Drive and pick the files; Zyan reads only what your grant can see.

    Files follow your permissions

    Imported files live in Files under its own access controls; disconnect from the same tile at any time.
