Team Messages: Channels, Reach and Real Names
Team messaging now behaves like the chat tools your team already knows: create a channel first and invite people later, add someone to an existing group, and decide per member whether they can message anyone or only people who share a project. Names show everywhere a raw email used to.
- Channel creation from the Channels header, plus Add people on any group you own or created
- A Message Anyone switch per member; by default, reach stays with shared projects
- One direct message per pair, and a duplicate group name steers you to the existing room
- Client senders show their names, and agency replies carry your brand name in white-label portals
