Lead Manager: Filters Drawer, Richer Lead Pages, Team KPIs

Filters live in the URL and a drawer — pipeline, people, source and tags — so a view survives opening a lead and coming back. Lead pages gain an engagement gauge and a grouped timeline that names who did what, and the header shows handler KPIs.
