Texting: Twilio and Telnyx Join Quo in Messages

Text messaging is no longer tied to one carrier. Connect Twilio or Telnyx with a guided setup, pick the numbers that feed the Messages hub and text from any line — the Zyan AI text line included. Group texts land in one thread with everyone in it.

• Guided setup: add credentials, tick your SMS-capable numbers, name them, turn inbound texting on
• Settings › Messaging: per-member access to texts, client messages, channels and each social platform
• Group threads wear the matched client’s avatar
