Email: Your Own Resend Account, Reminders and Quiet Hours

Bring your own Resend account: add a key in Settings, pick a domain already verified there, and client portal mail sends from it, with the platform sender as a fallback. Notifications gain quiet hours, and clients can get renewal reminders.
