How to Connect Apollo

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Apollo tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Paste your Apollo API key

    The API key is verified against Apollo before it is stored in your workspace vault, used only for your tenant's requests and never replaced by a platform-wide key. Disconnect from the same tile at any time.

    Prospect

    In Prospecting, use the Contact & company filters or ask the agent to search; Apollo results carry their source.

  4. 04

    Promote to leads

    Turn the contacts you want into Zyan leads — no CRM writes happen until you do.
