How to Connect DocuSign

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the DocuSign tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Sign in with DocuSign

    A one-click sign-in in DocuSign's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

  3. 03

    Paste the Connect key and enable updates

    Paste your account's Connect HMAC key from DocuSign — stored in your workspace vault and never shown again — then enable envelope updates.

  4. 04

    Link envelopes and react

    Link envelopes from the lead record or deal; the document-completed trigger starts a review task, and nothing is sent, signed or voided from Zyan.
