How to Connect Google Forms

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Google Forms tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Sign in with Google

    A one-click sign-in in Google's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

    Add a form and map its questions

    Paste the form's edit link or ID, map its questions to lead fields, then turn it on.

    Let the hourly import run

    New responses arrive on the hour as leads in Lead Manager — no historical backfill — and can start a form-submission automation.
