How to Connect LeadPost

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the LeadPost tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Add a site

    Register each site you run visitor identification on; Zyan gives you a delivery address with its own token for LeadPost to post to.

  3. 03

    Triage in Visitors

    Identified visitors land in Visitors, where the team promotes the right ones to leads.

    Automate follow-up

    Publish an automation that starts when a visitor is identified; every outbound step still waits behind your review settings.
