How to Connect Pipedrive

Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Pipedrive tile. The workspace owner, an admin, or a member with the automations permission sees Connect.

Sign in with Pipedrive
A one-click sign-in in Pipedrive's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

Add the person step
In an automation, add the Pipedrive person step — Zyan finds the person by email and creates or updates them, linking an existing organisation by name.

Start from a lead or form
The lead-created and form-submission starters pre-fill the step with the lead's email, name and phone.
