How to Connect Salesforce

Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Salesforce tile. The workspace owner, an admin, or a member with the automations permission sees Connect.

Sign in with Salesforce
A one-click sign-in in Salesforce's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

Add the lead step
In an automation, add the Salesforce lead step — Zyan finds the lead by email on your My Domain and creates or updates it.

Start from a lead or form
The lead-created and form-submission starters pre-fill the step with the lead's email, name and phone.
