How to Connect Zapier

Open Zapier in Settings
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zapier in your Zyan workspace and use the private installation invitation offered there. No API key or developer secret is required from an end user.

Authorize one agency workspace
Choose a native Zyan trigger or action in Zapier, add an account, select your workspace and complete owner/admin OAuth consent. Use the resource pickers to configure the selected trigger or action.

Test before turning on the Zap
Map a stable Source Event ID for each action and test with a synthetic record. Inspect the provider result and Zyan history, then enable only the intended Zap. Private beta access is separate from public marketplace approval.
