How to Connect Zoho CRM

Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Zoho CRM tile. The workspace owner, an admin, or a member with the automations permission sees Connect.

Sign in with Zoho
A one-click sign-in in Zoho's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

Add the lead step
In an automation, add the Zoho CRM lead step — Zyan finds the lead by email on your own data centre and creates or updates it.

Start from a lead
The lead-created starter pre-fills the step with the lead's email, name and phone.
