Telegram
LiveChat with customers through your own Telegram bot — inbound messages land in Messages, replies go out as the bot, and automations can send a Telegram message or start from one.
Capabilities
- Your own bot token, verified before it is stored
- Inbound chats in the Messages hub
- Send Telegram message step
- Message-received trigger
Common Use Cases
- Answer customer chats beside email, SMS and DMs
- Alert a Telegram chat when a lead or booking lands
How to Connect Telegram
- 01
Open Settings → Integrations
From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Telegram tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.
- 02
Paste the bot token
Create a bot in Telegram and paste its token; Zyan verifies the bot before storing the token in your workspace vault and registers the webhook for you.
- 03
Work chats in Messages
Conversations with the bot appear in the Messages hub; enable the chats that may start automations.
- 04
Use it in automations
Add the Send Telegram message step, or start a workflow from the message-received trigger.
