How to Connect Zoom

  1. 01

    Open Settings → Integrations

    From your Zyan Admin workspace, open Settings → Integrations and pick the Zoom tile. The workspace owner or an admin connects it once for the whole workspace.

    Sign in with Zoom

    A one-click sign-in in Zoom's own window. Zyan never sees your password and holds no platform-wide key; disconnect from the same tile at any time.

    Choose Zoom in Work Meetings

    Pick Zoom as the conference for your selected booking calendar; each workspace connects its own host.

  4. 04

    Book as usual

    Bookings from your pages, the portal and the team create, update and remove the Zoom meeting with the calendar event.
